Yes, all our planters have drainage holes. We also offer the option to plug the existing drainage hole(s) free of charge if you’d like. Just be sure to add a note to your order or shoot us an email after checkout to let us know!

All our pieces are hand-cast using custom latex molds. In order to create a planter using different dimensions we would need to cast a new mold. If you'd like to learn more about custom orders please visit our custom concrete page.

For ordering and shipping bulk rates we require a minimum order of 10 or more products from our shop.
At the moment, we only sell online. However, our headquarters are based in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, CA. If you’d like to stop by and visit us, we’d be more than happy to accommodate you so you can purchase some of our products without paying for shipping. Please send us a message so we can schedule a convenient time for you to stop by.
If you have received your order and found your package or item(s) in less than satisfactory condition, please let us know ASAP! We do our best to package your planters and fragile pieces with the utmost attention to detail, but we know that sometimes, during shipment and delivery, your order may unfortunately arrive damaged due to mishandling throughout it’s transit. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and upon review, we will accommodate broken or damaged pieces with your choice of a replacement or full refund. Please send a message to [email protected] ASAP with your order number, a short description of the damage, and photo or two of the planter, shipping materials, etc. to help us see the damage and breaks to the piece. Once we review the damage, we’ll send you a message notifying you that we’re shipping out a replacement, or refunding your order. Due to the nature of our products, we typically do not provide return shipping labels for any damaged or broken pieces. Hairline cracks are 100% normal and expected to occur as concrete naturally cures. This typically happens when temperatures change and can happen both indoors or outdoors. Our planters are manufactured in Baja California, Mexico. They are stocked in Los Angeles, California and on occasion, when we ship our planters to different locations with varying climates and humidity levels, the material will naturally take on these environmental changes though it’s patina. Every piece we cast is reinforced with metal rods and will not break if cracks appear with continued care and maintenance.
All of our products are handcrafted in small batch production runs, so please be aware that each piece will slightly vary in size, color and texture. Certain subtle variations may occur between the photographed image on our online shop and the actual finished delivered product. If in doubt please contact us before ordering, unfortunately, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for any products unless they arrive broken or damaged.
